What is Real Estate Suite?

Real Estate Suite is a single workspace covering sales, inventory, bookings, payments, project operations, documents and HR for real estate developers.

Real Estate Suite is a hosted business platform built for real estate developers and their partners. It replaces the mix of spreadsheets, standalone CRMs, accounting apps and WhatsApp groups most firms rely on with one connected workspace, so a sale captured by a sales rep lands in the same ledger the accountant collects against and the same project the site team is building.

Each firm gets its own private workspace at a dedicated URL (for example yourcompany.kendraone.com). All data stays scoped to that workspace; nothing is shared across customers.

Who it is for

The platform is designed around four audiences that share a workspace:

  • Sales teams capture leads, run site tours, raise bookings and track their own commissions.
  • Accounts teams approve bookings, receive payments, raise invoices and manage vendor bills.
  • Project operations teams record construction milestones, upload progress photos, log site issues and manage material stock.
  • HR teams maintain the employee master, mark attendance and run payroll.

Admins sit above all four and own master data, user accounts and role permissions.

Modules at a glance

The sidebar is grouped by business function. Every group is role-gated — users only see what their role is allowed to open.

Roles and access

Every user is assigned one or more roles. Roles determine both which sidebar entries appear and which actions the server will accept. The main pre-seeded roles are:

  • Super Admin — unrestricted access.
  • Admin — full administrative access within the workspace.
  • Sales Head / Manager / Team Lead / Executive — graded sales permissions, with executives scoped to their own records.
  • Accounts Team / Executive — money-in and money-out ledger access, with executives limited to data entry.
  • HR Team / Executive — employee master and attendance; executives are limited to their own records.
  • Operations Head / Senior Site Manager / Site Engineer / Site Supervisor — graded project-side permissions.
  • Partner Manager / Executive — channel partner management and own commission credits.
  • Employee self-service — attendance and own payslips only.
  • Viewer — read-only across most records.

Admins can edit role permissions and create custom roles under Admin → Roles.
