Pay out partner commissions
Compute commissions earned by channel partners on each booking, approve the payout slabs and record payment-made entries against them.
The Commissions module computes what you owe each channel partner against their attributed bookings. Each booking's commission is sliced into payout slabs — typically a portion on booking, a portion on agreement signed, and the balance on possession.
How commissions compute
Each partner has a commission rate on their profile. On every attributed booking, the system computes:
commission = booking_net_value × rate_percent
The computed commission is then sliced into payout slabs defined on the partner's profile (for example 25% on booking, 50% on agreement, 25% on possession). Each slab shows up on the Commissions list as a payable row once its trigger milestone fires.
Open the commissions ledger
Step 1: Open Channel partners → Commissions
The list shows every payable commission row with the partner, booking, slab, due date and status.

Pay a commission
Step 1: Pick the ready-to-pay row
Rows in READY_TO_PAY have their trigger milestone complete and are eligible for payout.
Step 2: Click Record payment
Pick the mode (bank transfer, UPI, cheque), enter the reference number and attach the bank advice. Save.
Step 3: The row moves to Paid
The partner's "pending commissions" total drops. The booking's commission audit panel reflects the payment.
Override commissions
Sometimes a rep covers for the partner's absence and earns an override commission — a kicker on top of the partner commission. These are visible under Sales management → My override credits for the earning rep.
