Log walk-ins
Capture visitors who arrive at the project or office without an appointment, qualify them on the spot and promote them to a lead or booking.
A walk-in is anyone who physically arrives at your project site or office without a prior appointment. The walk-in log is the visitor register — HR owns it for the audit trail, Sales uses it as the first-touch record for prospects.
Open walk-ins
Step 1: Open Visitor management → Walk-ins
The list shows walk-ins across every project, newest first.

Log a walk-in
Step 1: Click Add walk-in
Fill in Name, Phone, Email (optional), Source and the project the visitor is interested in.
Step 2: Pick the attendant rep
Choose the Sales rep who met the visitor. The walk-in becomes part of that rep's conversion counts.
Step 3: Add notes
Capture what the visitor asked about, their budget range and any objections raised.
Step 4: Save
The walk-in is now in the register.
Promote to a lead
Step 1: Open the walk-in
Click the walk-in on the list.
Step 2: Click Promote to lead
A lead is created, pre-filled from the walk-in. The walk-in record keeps a link to the new lead so you can trace back later.
Walk-ins report
Step 1: Open Reports → Walk-ins
The report shows walk-in volume by project, by source, by rep and by day. Use it to spot the days or marketing channels bringing visitors in.
