Enable the payment gateway
Connect a payment gateway so customers can pay instalments online directly from the receipt email or dunning reminder.
You need the Admin role (or higher) to complete the steps on this page.
The platform can embed a secure payment link in booking confirmations, upcoming-instalment reminders and overdue dunning emails. Customers click, pay, and the payment is recorded against the booking schedule automatically. Supported gateways are Razorpay, Cashfree and PayU.
You can run without a payment gateway — teams simply record payments manually under CRM → Payments received. Connect a gateway when you want self-service collection.
Pick a gateway
| Gateway | Best for | Settlement time |
|---|---|---|
| Razorpay | Firms already on Razorpay for their website or app. | T+2 to T+3. |
| Cashfree | Lower MDR, strong UPI collect. | T+1. |
| PayU | Enterprise contracts, multi-currency. | T+2. |
Only one gateway can be active at a time per workspace.
Open the gateway tab
Step 1: Open Admin → Settings → Integrations
Scroll to the Payment gateway card and click Configure.

Step 2: Pick the provider
Choose the gateway you have an account with. The form reshapes to show that provider's required fields.
Paste API credentials
Step 1: Enter Key ID and Secret
Paste the live-mode Key ID and Secret from your gateway dashboard.
PAYMENT_GATEWAY_PROVIDER=[razorpay|cashfree|payu]
PAYMENT_GATEWAY_KEY_ID=[YOUR_KEY_ID]
PAYMENT_GATEWAY_KEY_SECRET=[YOUR_KEY_SECRET]
PAYMENT_GATEWAY_WEBHOOK_SECRET=[YOUR_WEBHOOK_SECRET]
Step 2: Configure the webhook URL
Copy the webhook URL shown on screen and paste it into the webhook settings in your gateway dashboard. The webhook is how the platform learns about successful or failed payments initiated via a payment link.
Without the webhook, payments made via link will clear in the gateway but will not appear against the booking inside the platform. Always confirm the webhook is active before enabling collection.
Switch on in test mode first
Step 1: Enable Test mode
Switch Test mode on and save. The next payment link you create points at the gateway's sandbox so you can run through the full flow with a test card.
Step 2: Create a test link
Open any customer booking, click Send payment link, open the email, pay with the gateway's test card. Confirm the payment appears under CRM → Payments received.
Step 3: Flip to live
Once the test flow works end to end, switch Test mode off and save. All new links from here are live.
