Access your workspace
Sign in to your Real Estate Suite workspace for the first time, enrol in two-factor authentication and verify your browser is supported.
Real Estate Suite is a hosted platform — there is no software to install on your computer. You access it through a modern web browser at the subdomain assigned to your firm during onboarding (for example yourcompany.kendraone.com). Admins can then add team members from inside the workspace.
If you do not know your workspace URL, ask your Admin or contact support. The sign-in page lives at your workspace URL — the generic kendraone.com root is not a sign-in page.
Supported browsers
| Browser | Minimum version |
|---|---|
| Google Chrome | 120 |
| Microsoft Edge | 120 |
| Mozilla Firefox | 115 |
| Apple Safari | 17 |
The platform renders on tablet and mobile browsers but is designed for a desktop screen. A dedicated mobile app is available for sales, operations and accounts audiences.
Sign in for the first time
Step 1: Open your workspace URL
Enter the URL your Admin shared (for example yourcompany.kendraone.com) in your browser. The sign-in page loads.

Step 2: Enter your email and temporary password
Use the email the Admin created your account against and the temporary password shared with you. Click Sign in.
Step 3: Change your password when prompted
On a first sign-in, the system forces a password change. Pick a password at least 8 characters long and confirm it. You are then taken to your landing page — sales users land on the dashboard, HR self-service users land on attendance.
Save the workspace URL as a browser bookmark so you do not have to retype it every time.
Enable two-factor authentication
Admins may require two-factor authentication (2FA) for your role. When required, the next sign-in will walk you through enrolment. You can also enrol voluntarily at any time from Profile → 2FA.
Step 1: Open the 2FA setup page
Click your name in the top-right corner, then open Profile → 2FA. The enrolment screen shows a QR code and a secret key.

Step 2: Scan the QR code with your authenticator app
Use any TOTP-compatible app — Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, 1Password, Authy or Bitwarden. Scan the QR code to add the account. If the camera cannot read the code, tap Enter key manually in your app and paste the secret key shown next to the QR.
Step 3: Enter the six-digit code and confirm
Type the code shown in your authenticator app into the Verification code field and click Enable. You are shown a list of one-time bypass codes.
Download the bypass codes and store them in a password manager or printed in a safe place. They are the only way to recover access if you lose your authenticator device.
If sign-in fails
- "Invalid email or password" — the credentials do not match. Use Forgot password on the sign-in page to request a reset link.
- "Your account is inactive" — an Admin has revoked your login. Contact your Admin to reactivate it.
- "Too many attempts" — the account is temporarily locked after repeated failures. Wait fifteen minutes and try again, or ask an Admin to reset the lockout.
