Dashboard and Analytics
Headline KPIs and deep-dive dashboards for sales, purchases, operations and finance — with filter banners, saved views and PDF export.
The Dashboard is the daily landing page for sales, finance and operations leaders. Analytics pages are deep dives — one per domain (Overview, Sales, Purchases, Operations) — reached from the sidebar or from the in-page category dropdown.
Dashboard views
The dashboard carries four views you pick from a dropdown at the top:
| View | What it covers |
|---|---|
| Overview | Sales, inventory and finance KPIs with trend charts. |
| Sales scorecard | Rep-level sales targets and achievement, team leaderboard, CSV / PDF export. |
| Inventory status | Plot / unit matrix by tower and floor with colour-coded status. |
| Finance snapshot | Revenue, expenses, AR / AP, cash position, tax summary. Shown to users with report.finance. |
The dashboard is not shown to the Employee self-service and HR Executive roles — they land on Attendance instead.
Filter banner
Every dashboard view and every analytics page share the same filter banner:
- Project multi-select (defaults to all).
- Date range picker (Last 7 / 30 / 90 days, Year to date, Last year, All time, Custom).
The banner state persists in the URL so you can bookmark a specific slice.
Analytics domains
Step 1: Open Dashboard → Analytics (sidebar)
The Analytics page opens on Overview. The in-page category dropdown switches between Overview, Sales, Purchases and Operations.

Each domain carries its own set of KPI tiles, trend charts and leaderboard tables:
- Overview — top-of-firm aggregate KPIs: bookings, revenue, inventory burn-rate, finance snapshot.
- Sales — lead funnel, conversion, source breakdown, project absorption, delta chips vs prior period.
- Purchases — PO commit vs receive, top vendors, bill aging buckets.
- Operations — site-visit funnel, construction milestone adherence, open issue aging.
Saved views
Step 1: Click Save view
Name the view, pick who can see it (just me, my team, everyone). Saved views appear in the dropdown next to the filter banner.
Saved views only persist the filter state, not the data. Opening a saved view always fetches the latest numbers.
Export to PDF or CSV
Every analytics page carries Export PDF and Export CSV buttons. The PDF uses a shared server-side renderer so the output matches the on-screen layout and includes the current filter banner on the cover page.
