Manage customers
Maintain a clean customer master with KYC, addresses, bookings, payments and documents all visible from a single detail page.
A customer is a party who has booked at least one plot or unit. Customers can have multiple bookings over time; the detail page shows every booking, payment and document in one place.
Open the customer master
Step 1: Open CRM → Parties → Customers
Sales roles see only their own customers; Admin, Accounts and Operations see everyone.

Add a customer
In practice most customers are created automatically the first time a booking is raised against them. Add manually only when you need to pre-create a customer record before a booking.
Step 1: Click Add customer
Fill in Full name, Phone, Email, PAN, Aadhaar, Date of birth, Occupation and the permanent and current address block.
Step 2: Add bank details and save
Enter bank name, account number and IFSC. These are used when registering refunds or capturing bank-transfer receipts.
Customer detail tabs
| Tab | What it covers |
|---|---|
| Overview | Headline KPIs — total bookings, total booked value, paid, pending, documents on file. |
| Bookings | Every booking the customer has raised. |
| Payments | Every payment received against the customer's bookings. |
| Documents | KYC scans and signed documents. |
| Activity | Audit trail of what changed and when. |
| Site tours | Post-booking site tours. |
Attach documents
Step 1: Open the Documents tab
Click Add document, pick the type (KYC - PAN, KYC - Aadhaar, Address proof, Signed agreement, etc.), upload the scan.
Step 2: Reference numbers and validity
Fill the document reference number and expiry (where applicable). Expired documents show a rose badge on the customer card.
Masked PII
Phone, PAN and Aadhaar are masked by default on the customer detail page. Only users with the pii.read permission (Accounts Team, Admin, Super Admin) see the full value.
If you need the full number for a KYC call, click the eye icon next to the field. Reveals are logged in the audit trail.
