Upload construction progress photos
Keep a running photo diary of construction progress for each project so Sales can share the latest site photos with customers on demand.
Site teams upload photos from the field; Sales can download or forward them to customers. Photos can be tagged with a milestone, a tower / floor, or left as general progress.
Upload photos
Step 1: Open Project management → Progress photos
Pick the project. Click Upload photos.

Step 2: Drag and drop files
JPG and PNG are accepted. The uploader processes multiple files in parallel.
Step 3: Tag each batch
Optionally pick a Milestone, a Tower, a Floor and a Caption. These let you filter the gallery later.
Step 4: Save
Photos appear in the gallery, newest first.
From the mobile app, Operations users can click a photo and it uploads to the right project automatically — no desktop needed on site.
Share with a customer
Step 1: Open the photo → Copy signed link
The copied link is signed and expires after 7 days. Share it on WhatsApp or email with the customer.
