Log and resolve site issues
Capture construction issues, safety concerns, snags and change requests from site, assign owners and track them through to resolution.
A site issue is any construction problem that needs tracking — a dimensional defect, a safety hazard, a vendor dispute, a snag identified at hand-over. Site Supervisors log them from the field; Site Engineers and Senior Site Managers resolve them.
