Browse the full report library across sales, purchases, finance and operations — and audit every privileged action with the system audit log.
Reports is the library of every tabular report in the system — bookings, payments, dues, inventory, commissions, bill aging, invoice aging, finance suite and more. Audit log is the privileged-event trail for Admins and Super Admins only.
Report library
Step 1: Open Reports & audit → Reports
Reports are grouped by category — Sales, Purchases, Finance, Operations — on a card grid. Click a card to open the report.

Common reports:

Every report supports CSV and PDF export, filter banners and saved views.
Audit log
Step 1: Open Reports & audit → Audit log
The log shows every privileged action with user, timestamp, entity, action and before/after diff.

The audit log is read-only. Rows cannot be deleted or edited, even by Super Admins.
Filter by user, by date range, by entity type (booking, payment, employee), or by action (create, update, delete, approve). Export CSV for compliance reviews.
